Orders are shipped from California within 3 business days of ordering. Orders are shipped USPS priority mail. 

Lingerie Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within10 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.   

Return Conditions:

• Unworn and Unwashed: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.

• Hygiene Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on panties, pantyhose, or any other intimate items that come into direct contact with the body. Please be sure to try on your lingerie with own panties as a hygiene barrier. 

• Sale Items: Sale items are typically final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process:
